It has a substance to it (it's not super thin and cheap). It's all one piece (the blue is attached at the shoulder and draped front and back). Easy costume for sure. It was a bit tight in the legs and made walking a little difficult, but nothing major. I am 6ft, 175 and I got the "standard" size. Review: Nice set. - Good price/value. Arrived quite fast, looks very well. The blue over coat is sewed in so that I did not like much, I was expecting a over throw blue part, loose from the main body, more realistic. But it is not bad.
