These are fairly inexpensive and have the look that I'm going for, so I am totally happy with them.That said, they are inexpensive--and if I was just looking for one centerpiece for my home, these wouldn't be my first choice. They are self assembly required, some of them are a little uneven and you have to sort of bend the arms to make them even and level. The base itself is really light weight.So overall these are not a high quality candelabra, and they aren't going to fool anyone into thinking that they are. If you need a LOT of ok candelabras (like I do) these will do the trick and when combined with the other elements of my centerpieces, they look fantastic. I didn't realize that there was assembly needed, but it was 3 pieces (base, stem and top) so no big deal.I wasn't planning on painting it, but I'll have to for my wedding. As you can see in the picture, the stem has black marks all over it. Additionally the holes in the stem that connect to the base and top are off center (seeing picture). It's not terribly off center, but enough I notice.Overall it has a good weight to it and once together looks nice. Again, you can only expect so much for the price.
