I watched this not quite knowing what to expect. The subject matter is terminal illness. Now this film could have dealt with this subject in quite a solemn way and be a very depressing film to watch. However, rather than doing that, it goes down the route of celebrating and making the most of life. The characters are well developed and the film’s aesthetic is just beautiful to look at. Be warned, you will need a handkerchief for this one.
