It's the only double zipper garment I can find, which would be perfect post-surgery. But the sizing is too unpredictable. I normally wear a medium, so first I got a large, because other reviewer said they were quite snug. I couldn't even zip the large closed, no matter how hard I tried - and I feel like I lost 5 pounds trying. So I returned it and ordered an XL. The thick upper band was perfect, it took a little work to get it zipped, so it provided excellent compression. But the thinner fabric below the upper band was huge. There's no way it could have provided proper compression. I really wanted this to work, but I can't trust it to do what I need it to, so I returned it.
