After receiving, took 2 caplets in the morning and 2 at night. I could definitely feel the difference after taking the first 2 caplets--hours later. The pain/swelling in my mouth from an infection in my gums subsided. After taking 4 caplets a day for about 5-6 days infection was gone. Prior to this issue, I had just had a dental cleaning. Everything was fine, no cavities. But my dental provider did point out, which was true, spacing between my back lower molars. Food would get lodged in between this space and irritate my gum. EXCELLENT PRODUCT!!
