**Q: How do I ripe the avocados?**
A: Hello, 

These avocados are cut from the tree at a very green stage from the point of cut we keep them in a refrigerated area,
We usually ship them out to customers within 3 weeks of cut.
The avocados are shipped out usually green firm stage.

I approached my first order of these avocados with reservations, based on some of the earlier reviews. But I was delighted to find that every single avocado in the collection of 8 was absolutely perfect and delicious. I had the same experience with my second order. I was pleased with the consistency - no overly ripe or fibrous pieces in the bunch - unlike my usual experience buying grocery store avocados. I have just placed my third order and will continue to buy these online even after the pandemic is over. The price per avocado is no higher and in some cases lower than what I pay at the high end grocery store I shop at for produce. There was a big price drop on my second order but I assume that reflects the usual variation in the price of avocados.

They were completely rotten when they arrived, and they came 5 days later than the latest shipment date. I was hoping that maybe there was some salvageable parts of the avocados. When I was reaching into the box for them, a few just popped and rotten avocado oozed into my hand. Do not buy!!!!!

These were some of the best Avocados that I have ever bought. All of them were rip just right. I put them in the fridge and they stayed fresh for day and were ready to be eaten once I was ready to eat them. Now you can't allow them to stay fresh for ever but the freshness lasted a long time.
