Is maybe my mistake or vendors but I didn't see it was just front plate, thought was a full housing vendor at time I bought should have put picture of the back of it. Has a bottom where radio sits in but doesn't offer a cover on top. Had to buy new housing one with full weather protection.

My new-to-me boat came sans radio, so this mount was the perfect ticket to installing a new radio! Easy to install.
