The package only comes with the cover, like two pieces. To make this work you would have to take apart the older version of Nintendo Slide pad and spend about 40 mins to build it. if you can read japanese, it could help. However when you actually put the rocker at the front, it's sucks. You now might need to worry the rocker direction you pressing because the left and right just switch.
