This thing is super hot. After downing the entire can, few hours later I really felt the burn in the toilet. Worse I can't return it.Even for someone who eats spicy food, this can be very hot and cause discomfort. Be careful. I do like safcol's lemon pepper, which is very good.UPDATE: Amazon just refunded for 10 cans because I was dissatisfied.
