It can hold A LOT and I use rings, so I trust the strength of this product enough to be fully inverted without fear of it dropping me. I weigh 140 lbs and the person I live with weighs 205.The feet have rubber grips that work well. Maybe even too well. When I went to reposition the bar, it pulled off layers of paint (I'm in an apartment where this is common to have layers and layers built up, so this happened because my walls are predisposed to chipping, not because of a problem with the product).The seller was super quick to respond to questions too because I had concerns of how long it would take ( the product came from China during covid lockdown , but still arrived quicker than I anticipated).I am buying another and I also sent one to a family member.I bought the larger size and my doorway shown is 42 &1/2" wide. I’m really impressed with the weight and ability to adjust it to stay in place.It adjusts by twisting the entire bar to move an large internal screw mechanism.
