These types of hoodies tend to be rather ichy on the inside, but this had a nice lining on the inside, making it pleasantly soft. It is extremely comfortable. It was a little stiff when it first arrived, but that was expected because of the material it is made from. After the first wash, all stiffness was gone. I purchased this for the upcoming festival season. I've always wanted one, but at festivals, these Bajas run anywhere from $60-100 easily. The price of this one, comparably, was awesome, and quality was not sacrificed at all. The colors were exactly as the picture depicted. I love it.It's very comfortable, keeps you warm around the house in winter, the colors are pleasant (i get tired of dark, dreary, winter colors after a while). The fleecing is soft. It wasn't scratchy at all. I haven't washed it yet, so don't know about shrinkage, but it's slightly large anyway so it wouldn't be a loss if it shrunk a bit.I'm 65 inches tall and take a solid size 16 in the vast majority of women's clothing. I ordered the XL. It is basically a men's cut but not overly so. It's a tad longer than I would normally consider and the sleeves are long. It's for men; you'll have to adapt if you're a woman. It's easy to hem sleeves, for example.I suspect I may have been able to get away with a large, but am not sure. It is fairly loose, which is ok for me. It would be tempting to try it in a Large instead of XL.If you're shorter and have narrow shoulders and are undecided between 2 sizes, try the smaller size.I wore it over a ribbed cotton turtleneck for Christmas. It was warm and comfortable. It's winter in the normally frigid Northeast, so that's how I layer clothes to stay warm indoors.
