Good heavy leather, good body armour, finished and lined superbly the leather has been aged slightly which makes it look slightly worn in so it doesn't stick out but looks like you've had it a few years and been using it. It looks exactly like the images - not really khaki but a nice weathered brown. I checked the Gallanto website for sizing and for a 40-ish chest and 5'7' a large was an absolutely perfect fit. It comes with a removable extra winter liner. I have seen other well known manufacturers selling similar leather belstaff -style jackets for over a grand which didn't look a patch on this one. I cannot recommend this jacket highly enough.
