A: Sorry, I don't know, you would need yo contact the supplier/manufacturer I think.

**Q: Is this the best absorbable form of zinc?**
A: Sorry but I don't know the complete answer to your question. I choose this one because it seemed to be the correct daily dose according to articles I had read, and it didn't have unwanted fillers in it. Other forms of zinc would be in liquid minerals, but likely a smaller amount. Sorry not to be more clear.

**Q: Is this yeast and nut free please**
A: Just read bottle and it’s not clear but I’m yeast sensitive myself and I’m ok with it - sorry no idea about nuts
