One says waterproof, one doesn't. Read the label before you order the ink. There looks to be a $2.00 price difference with waterproof being more expensive. **Q: Can I get your email?** A: No **Q: Is it India ink?** A: It is very close, it is a waterproof, drawing ink. Although it is not recommended to use in a fountain pen, I do so with a very inexpensive pen. I actually use Higgin's Yellow Ink as a highlighter. Using a very light and quick touch I'm able to use it that way. However, if you apply it slowly or with a heavy touch it will saturate and bleed through your paper. As always, be sure to test it on noncritical paper. This ink is waterproof, so soap and water will not clean your pen. Instead, clean your pen with rubbing alcohol or fingernail polish remover.
