This is the first one I use all night. I use the "wings" if my neck needs support or I place the "wings" at my lower back if that needs support. It is so pliable and easy to move that as I roll to my side this pillow can be pulled, tucked, or moved easily to support my side sleeping. At first I didn't think there was enough filling as I used pillows with more. Now I start with another pillow under this one and as I roll to my side, I discard the second pillow.I always read reviews before I purchase anything, however, this is my first review ever! I suffer from neck, back, shoulder pain & headaches/ migraines. So I took the pillow out of the box & immediately it looked wrong- very flat on one side, and bunched up on the other 2 sides.It didn't come wrapped in plastic or shrink-wrapped or with a booklet or anything. It seemed like I got someone else's returned item! Nothing about the packaging reflected that this was a new product.But I still gave it the benefit of the doubt since I read the questions & also watched the unboxing video which didn't show any type of plastic wrap being removed.But, my pillow looked nothing like the nice pillow that came out of the box in the video. This pillow is completely defective. After watching the video it was confirmed.I decided to leave this boomerang pillow out just in case by some miracle it decided against all odds to fluff out, stretch out, and look like the pillow is supposed is to look. Hours later it still looked just as pathetic as it looked 5 minutes out of the box.It's very frustrating because dealing with returns & replacements is a hassel & more time wasted, as well as more difficult with my mobility issues from my medical conditions.
