## Description

Most rain-sensing devices work by accumulating a set amount of rainfall before a switch is activated that interrupts the circuit from the controller and shuts off the system. **Q: What is the difference between this and mini-click model?**
A: This model has an instant shut off when it starts raining - the mini clik will only go off when the pre-set level has been achieved

**Q: Will the rain-clik be compatable with my rainbird controller?**
A: Yes - if the controller doesn't have a rain sensor port, you can wire the Rain Clik to the common valve wire.  It will work just fine.

**Q: can I just buy the sensor, I don't need the mounting hardware?**
A: I guess you can, if you can find someplace that sells it in pieces...

**Q: Do these sensors still use the old technology of cork type floats to shut of sensor?**
A: The one I installed 2 years ago has a series of disks , 4-5 stacked vertically , may be made of cork don't know but the sensor works great.
