Give them a try it can’t hurt, If they don’t help you then return within 30 days. Not everything works for everyone. If one thing worked the same for everyone then why do we sell multiple pain reliever, multiple brands of muscle rub, multiple brands of shoes or multiple knee brace? Let people try them and then decide for themselves. The reviews in my mind are to praise good quality and to call out manufacturing that is subpar or defective, for reporting side effects or even your experience but don’t assume that what didn’t help you won’t help anyone. That’s highly prejudicial and you can’t say for sure either way if it would help anyone else. For those of us who have dealt with knee or joint pain, this may be the only thing left to try. You’re comments could disparage them for trying. Maybe they are looking to get enough relief until they can have surgery, or lose weight, maybe they need help to make it through an important event like walking a daughter down the aisle. Who knows, maybe nothing has worked, maybe they’ve had injections, meds, physical therapy or braces but their pain is worse, so they are desperately searching for a new option. Who are we to say “it won’t help”. We simply don’t know. But from a psychological perspective you’re making them doubt the point of even trying or planting seeds of doubt so they don’t give it a fair shot. After all let’s remember why we love that it’s Amazon Prime and we have 30 days to return after trying it everyday if you like. I don’t work for Amazon or the brace company.
