For me, trying to steer with the standard Knee Bar was difficult and dangerous. The only thing I'd change is the phone holder can't be adjusted as far to the rear as I would like...abut that's minor. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ MAkes riding the S an easy thing *by S***M on Reviewed in the United States on July 6, 2020* If youre a little hesitant of the knee controls the sedway came with, i dont blame you. any little hump or uneven crack might throw you. Also your hands during a balancing act does not actually want to be free. So here comes a simple fix to that , a steering column and youre all set, easy as can be.2 issues though with this, 1 its now not balanced when parked and the unit tends to drive off and fall over. the fix for this is a stand, and then life is good. The other is when it falls over, there goes the phone holder kaboom its a gonna.So in summary , get a stand and put your phone in your pocket , its not actually safe to ride and look at your phone. I mean really its not a good idea at all.BE SAFE AND PEACE "drops the phone" ### ⭐ No holes! Isn't the triangle silver steel part with red plastic thingy, supposed to have holes too so that I can attach a base (black steel part with 4 holes)? I tried to take pictures of the inside of the silver shaft to show that there are no holes drilled to secure it with base..argh..so frustrating. Took picture of the entire handle extended but didn't find those damn holes.. returning this damaged/incomplete product. P.S. there's a flash drive in the box. Does it have any instructional videos? Or is it just a gift?
