I have not yet noticed any benefits from drinking copper water, but I have been doing it in the am off and on for just over a month. What I like about this pitcher is that it is easy to clean. I keep a small bowl with kosher salt and a slice of lemon near my kitchen sink. Every night before I go up to bed, I use the salt encrusted lemon slice to wash the inside of the pitcher. It is roomy enough for my arm to fit in easily and it comes clean very quickly. I then fill it about 2/3 of the way with clean filtered water and bring it up to my bedroom. In the morning, my husband and I drink the copper water.
