Mine works fine but the upper fixing goes onto velcro at the base of the left thumb. There is no facility to send a picture or I would do so. **Q: Do they fit both hands** A: Yes. **Q: Can I use this for my left hand** A: Yes you can, however, this pink version is for a very small hand. I have size 6.5 - 7 glove and it only just fits me. There are three velcro fastenings, one on the thumb that does not work after a few wearings, I have had to sew it in place, the middle one fixes to the main body of the glove that's OK for my hand size, but the lower wrist Velcro is so strong that it is hard to undo with one hand.
