We do not keep stock that is within 100 days of expiration. **Q: How long are they good for? Expiration date?** A: They expire 10/21. I can tell you I bought a box of the Chili Mix in April, 2021 and the date of expiration on that order is January, 2023. The old one had MSG in it and I was hesitant to get more. But thankfully this new one does not have the MSG in it. Only natural ingredients. And this makes the best chili ever. They stopped carrying it in our local grocery stores so I was thrilled to find it on Amazon. I brown the ground beef with onions and bell peppers until no longer pink and add 2 packets of the seasoning and saute until meat is coated. I then add the water to loosen the bits on the bottom of the pot and add 2 cans diced tomatoes and a can of Rot-el tomatoes, 2 cans of kidney beans and a can of black beans. The family said it was the best they ever had!
