Review: The built-in timer is a dream - I've used this fan for a year now, and it's really good. It's about as big as a 2L bottle, so it's easy to place on a windowsill or desk. The low setting is decent and will make hot nights a lot more manageable. The medium and high settings are great in a heatwave. One of the things I like the most about it is the built-in timer. You turn it on, press the timer button, and it goes for 2, 4, or 8 hours. It can easily be an overnight fan for letting you sleep or a day fan for keeping you cool on a hot afternoon. It's also fairly easy to move about to other rooms etc. I've been using it for over a year now on a regular basis and it's remained strong and without issues. It looks nice, feels nice, and has a lovely timer.

**Q: Is the power consumption 16w?**
A: Hi , yes , it is 16 watts . Hardly notice it on the smart meter :)

**Q: When it is off i have noticed when the cord is moved it switches on the fan, is that supposed to happen?**
A: I haven't noticed that happening. However, if I switch the main plug on, the fan starts up full-on, even though the fan has been turned off.

**Q: Are they all clicking and cracking on oscillation?  Ours makes this strange noise and I want to understand if all these fans do that.**
