## Description

Recipe for preparing bread in the oven: you need: - 1 kg baking mix chleb z ziarnami, - 40 g yeast, - 500 g water (temperature 21 °C), put 1 kg of the mixture into a larger dishes, add water (leave a small amount of water to dissolve the yeast) and mix for 20 minutes. After the specified time, add yeast dissolved in water, knead the dough and let go. When the dough has rised, divide it into equal parts, put it in the baking pan, and let it go again. Push into a preheated oven (180°C) and bake for 30-40 minutes. Place a dish filled with hot water in the oven and bake together with bread. After baking, remove from the oven and allow to cool. Not suitable for gluten sensitive people. Store in a cool and dry place. Minimum shelf life: on the label (also known as the production batch). Ingredients: wheat flour, wheat sour dough, salt, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, baking enzymes.
