Look at the ratings. *by P***5 on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on January 23, 2022* After checking the Google Play Store I was resigned to using a cell phone with the Heath2 Sync app. This wasn't my preferred method. I have multiple Chrome laptops and tablets with Android, Android tablets that run Android 9, and Windows PCs.I verified that the meter I'm currently using is on the compatility and the phone I bought is from a major brand running Android 10. The Android 10 phone I got works with my old meter and that company's cable I bought for my oldest Android tablet. As soon as I plugged that old cable into the old meter and new phone I was asked to give the port access for data transfer. I hadn't even installed the app for it.When I opened the package with the H2 sync cable, I was pleased tp see that it had a mini-USB plug and an adapter for USC B C, a miniature phone plug and an adapter for the smaller jacks used by newer wired meters. I didn't need the adapters now but it was nice to know that a newer phone could be conected laterThe cartpn had primarily Chinese language with a Google Play log and English translations of tne websites. The apps's setup routine was half Chinese, half Chin-glish. The Welcome and email address verification messages were in English.I was NOT pleased when this cable didn't work at all. My phone didn't even recognise that it was connected to the meter which I started per H2's directions. I tried it with a second phone and got the same negative result.We used to joke at work when a piece of test equipment didn't work "What did you expect? it's not a Fluke.", because Fluke had a reputation for making world class test equipment that was 100% tested and guaranteed to work, and they charged a premium price for their equipment.Looking at tbe ratings, the "smart" cable I received wasn't a Fluke either. ### ⭐ Worthless vaporware *by I***Y on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on October 31, 2016* Worthless. The android app is fine and I looked forward to being able to download my glucose readings from my Freestyle Freedom lite glucose meter since Health2Sync's website said that the app was compatible with Freestyle using this "smart" cable. The cable comes with an adapter but the adapter doesn't fit into the Freestyle meters!!! I tried to call Health2Sync but of course they don't have ANY number that you can call.
