Put a shower cap over it and leave it on all day if you wish; can't over-color or damage.ALL LOGONA COLORS:I have very fine hair and this gives it body, shine and bounce; no chemical smell.Highlight different colors in between and when coloring, mix colors together, have fun. I change my color and highlights in a subtle way every time I color my hair (about 2 weeks, depending on how fast your hair grows.) The color gradually fades so roots do not show with new hair growth.I have been using this product for years and love it; never need to go gray! ### ⭐ A disaster *by M***I on October 9, 2010* A big disappointment. I will try the cream color Logona makes next time. I have mousy-brown hair with a few strands of grey throughout. Chestnut Brown made my hair brown without any hint of red, which was a bit disappointing since the color swatches on their website indicated that there would be a slight red tint. The grey hairs turned light brown. For hair that is several inches past my shoulders, I used only half the packet. The color did take quite well, however I did leave it on far more than two hours and put a damp towel around the warming cap that was heated and reheated several times in the microwave.
