I could even look directly at it as the extra dark lenses easily managed to filter out all the glare and let me enjoy the full majesty of it all. I also enjoyed the view down to the bottom my pond, thanks to the effective polarization.The lenses appear to be constructed from a relatively thin plastic, but are apparently constructed from 9 layers, and can block 100 per cent of UVA and UVB rays. I like the light weight frames, which feel convincingly strong, and the slightly enlarged side rim edges help to block a little more light. At 56x50, the lenses are quite large and the legs are 133mm. Although the 16mm bridge arrived bent out of shape. it was easily corrected.A lot of effort has been put into making these sunglasses into an attractive, beautifuly presented and very giftable item. The outer box suffered a bit in transit, but the the main case was fine. It is, perhaps, a bit too large for the average pocket, but it is very strong and it comes with a nice polishing cloth.I am really pleased with my new purchase and see no reason not to award them the full five stars. ### ⭐ cheap tat *by D***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 10 July 2018* Cheap tat. I made the mistake of buying these sunglasses on Black Friday. They look nice, but unfortunately they are pretty flimsy and one arm snapped clean off when I dropped the glasses in the car (they didn't even hit a hard surface!). Don't be fooled like I was into thinking that these are worth more than a fiver.
