I love the slow-rise squish and texture. The size is perfect to put in my hand and squish with little effort or attention. And it came with so many that when I lose them, I have backups. My only gripe is the individual plastic wrapping, it's not food, it doesn't make a lick of sense to me. Wasteful and a pain to open them all.Pro tipIf you're trying to break similar bad habits, put them in every room where you sit/likely to practice said habits. I also have one in every jacket and pant pocket I frequent.
