Seller reached out and made things right with this purchase. Thank you!First of all, I went through 2 of these. The first one would only power up to a blank screen. I'm very technical...it was defective. Customer service was very helpful, after answering a series of questions, they sent me another. The second one turned on properly. I tried connecting wirelessly to my Apple laptop, iPhone, and iPad. I could not connect at all and thought it was my internet. I now have a mesh router with super speeds and the internet is great throughout my entire house. I tried the projector again with no luck. The bluetooth does not work. No signal to connect to. When using an HDMI cable and adapter to connect directly to my iPhone and iPad, it would show the screen just fine, but when playing a movie, it would go blank! It would show my apps and everything else, but no video. Isn't that the point of a projector? I tried reconnecting and all sorts of settings. Wifi mirroring didn't work either, since the bluetooth would not work. Directly connecting to my laptop with a USB didn't work either. This projector does not support Apple products worth a darn! The audio was okay. Speakers are basic and will not support wireless speakers in addition. Lastly, after using this projector for 50 mins, a huge black dot starting growing across the screen! It wasn't anything on the lens. Something inside the unit started to burn! I went through quite the ups and downs with this one. I would NOT recommend this! FYI, they send a card trying to get you to give a good review within 48hrs to get a free gift. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Built in wifi and no extra cables needed Love it!! *by M***G on Reviewed in the United States on April 11, 2020* This is my first projector and the only reason I bought this one was because of the the delivery time. I researched several projectors before I purchased and still want to see how great the Vankyo are but this projector is awesome! The only issue I have with this one is the leveling of the projector. Otherwise, this thing rocks! I got this for under a hundred which is a plus! Then it has built in wifi! You can take this outside and use this anywhere if you have built in wifi!! Amazing!!! I am still trying to figure out everything it does but so far so good. I was about to return it because I noticed it only works with Apple and luckily my son has an IPad. That meant I needed to go buy a 50.00 lighting to HDMI cable that I did not want to buy. But I read a review from the newer version for this projector and it said you could use a lighting cable. I figured out the lighting cable is the charger itself, I hooked it up and it works!!!!! This projector is so easy to setup it's ridiculous!!! The color is amazing! It comes in bright and sharp. I took two pictures that show day and night. The size of the screen and quality are very good! I was impressed that the picture came in clear and sharp. We did notice some breaks in the picture quality but I do not know if was the internet or projector. The sound of course is not that loud but you can hear it if your close by. You need additional speakers or sound bar to enhance the volume. Other than that I would recommend anyone who is new to projectors to buy this.
