## Description

The Roof King Gold roof-mount basketball hoop brings professional looks and great play to even the most cramped driveways! The heavy-duty patent pending bracket allows you to set the rim at precisely 10' no matter what angle or height your roof is (compatible with 90% of roof tops). The huge crystal clear 48" x 36" x ½" backboard is made of thick acrylic and uses a beefed up frame which makes this basketball hoop play wonderfully. It also comes with a college break-away rim with an internal dual spring back mechanism that is pressure release adjustable making it perfect for any player. If room is limited and a freestanding in-ground system just won't fit in your driveway than this roof-mount goal is the next best thing. This roof-mounted basketball hoop will look great atop your garage with its huge 48" backboard and satisfy the most demanding player with its reinforced backboard frame and college break-away rim. The huge crystal clear 48" acrylic backboard looks great and plays wonderfully on the roof-mount system because of the board's thickness (1/2" - thicker than most competitors) and the beefed up frame. The installation of this roof-mount basketball hoop is one of the easiest and safest on the market. The exceptional engineering along with our 20 years of installation experience ensure you will be successful. All installation can be done from the rooftop without ever having to get into your hot garage attic. The bracket's large footprint and multiple mounting points make the installation easy and give it its unrivaled solid stability. This basketball hoop comes with our our legendary 10 year limited warranty on the backboard and bracket. Will basketball hoop work with my roof?*Your roof eave must be between 8' and 9' 3" tall. *Cannot have a metal or tile roof top. *Roof must slope downward toward the driveway.

Review: Hire a professional installer - The assembly and installation instructions were terribly inadequate, and professional installation for the just the weight of the backboard is highly recommended. Also make sure you have exposed structure in your garage.
Review: The Roof King Gold is exactly what we needed! - This was a Valentine's day gift for my 12 year old son who spent hours on end at the park perfecting his game. Now thanks to Pro Dunk, he and his friends have a new place to practice at our home. I did a lot of research and found that the Roof King Gold was the best hoop system for our needs. The way that our home, garage and driveway are situated, an in ground system would just not logistically work for us. I do not know, nor have I ever seen anyone with any kind or type of roof mount system; everyone in my neighborhood has the in ground or free standing type. So after reading a multitude of reviews, I decided that the Roof King Gold was exactly what we needed for our home. My son and all of his friends absolutely LOVE this system. He has been out there practicing everyday, snow, rain or shine since the system was installed. Pro dunk provided courteous customer service, and an impressive list of reputable installers in my area. Even though the system comes with easy to follow on line instructions, prior to ordering I already knew that we would be having this system installed... my husband thinks his is Bob-the-builder, I can assure you he is not (smile). Needless to say, we are extremely happy with our Roof King, it is exactly what my family needed. The system is not overly imposing nor does it take away from the beauty of our home. I am very happy with this product. It seems to be very well made, strong and sturdy even with months of hard competitive play. I would recommend this to a friend.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Product!
*by B***R on June 29, 2015*

Bought this for my son to get rid of the portable one taking up the driveway. This thing was perfect. We were afraid a 4' wide backboard would look huge but we could have gone with the 5'. Very solid, good service and delivery. Installation advice - Have a crew. We worked very hard to get it to exactly 10' and that thing is HEAVY! 3 people to get it up in place and installed is recommended. Our roof was 1-2" shorter than what the website said the minimum height was so I mounted it using two 2x4 redwood's under the frame. These were not necessary, there was plenty of adjustment with my 3.5/12 pitch hip roof. I would recommend this to a friend
