They are the highest quality, and you immediately feel the benefits. For the couple reviews that said they got sick, Im wondering if they took too much. These are strong potent herbs. So start slow. I have a very sensitive stomach so I started with one tablespoon (half a scoop) and didnt have any issues. In fact, I felt amazing, so much energy! Even now I only do 2 tablespoons (one scoop) a day. Thats less than the full serving size, but its all my body needs. I reccomend taking it early in the day because you will feel energized all day. Too late in the day and you may have too much energy to sleep. As far as flavor, I think it tastes good in a fruit smoothie. Mixed in water is okay and a bit gritty. I dont mind because i enjoy feeling amazing! I often mix it in water just for a quick pick me up. I immediatly feel energized and have a clearer mind. This stuff really is amazing. My toddler likes it in his smoothies too! I just do a smaller amount for him. I highly reccomend this powder!!

This product is amazing. I have been dealing with exhaustion for a while now, and since using this powder, I have never felt better. It has so many amazing ingriedients and the nutrition facts are impressive. I have followed Markus for a long time and believe in him and his products. They are the highest quality, and you immediately feel the benefits. For the couple reviews that said they got sick, Im wondering if they took too much. These are strong potent herbs. So start slow.
