Then i poured slowly and watched as the absolute most glorious crema arose from the slurry.As the steam lifted the brew bloomed and I gently became aware of the subtle hints of caramel and chocolate roasted into these very special beans.Once brewed I added the white cream of cow and the syrup of vanilla and took my first sip of glorious dark awakening. My mouth became alive with the very first taste.Creamy, soft, a bouquet of gentle flavors chocolates and maple, caramel, slight saltiness but not acidic. As I swallowed the flavor became more intense clean and warm, cinnamon aftertaste that slightly lingered and warmed my belly.It is a mild roast that has no char flavor like many who claim to be higher caffeine, not grassy, and not face punching FULL CHARGE WAKE YOU FROM DEATH. It is super high in caffeine because it is a low roast (less roasting is higher caffeine, darker roasting cooks out the caffeine). This is not bitter and is really really good coffee.
