### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent taste. Perfect mixture. Artisan bread eEsy to bake

This is an excellent flour mix. A great bread with nothing else needed other than water and some olive oil (or other oil). Very easy recipe and there is also great video with additional explanation for an amateur baker like myself. My entire family liked the taste and the first loaf was gone within minutes. I like the health benefits a lot. Will buy again.

I made homemade bread and sticky buns and they were delicious. I have some gluten sensitivities and I could eat this without any issue. Also my kids loved it! Highly recommend! The video was easy to follow and it helped guide me when making the bread. He had a lot of great tips !

### ⭐ Flour was 5-6 months expired!

It still tasted good but I worried since it was that old. I made this one loaf (before I saw the expiry date) in my bread machine. I added 1/4 rye flour and a T of psyllium flour to it, plus a package of quick yeast and a T of sugar. It was a beautiful loaf. And interestingly, it got through the kneaded phase of the bread maker and I just felt that it wouldn't rise in there so I took it out, kneaded it a bit more, and let it rise in my bread pan until it was at least as high as the top. Let it cook until about 200 degrees inside (had to cover the crust as it was a perfect dark golden brown). Once it cooled I toasted a couple slices for a great ham sandwich. I can tell the flour is old and I am a little afraid if I order again so soon the flour will still be expired. But even with all that, I think I will like this if I can get a fresh package.
