if you are absolutely desperate for a pizza shaped, pizza-adjacent food protect on a low carb diet this’ll satisfy the craving, but it’s not pizza. the texture is a little too bread-y (i suggest baking it and then putting a little oil in a cast iron skillet and finishing it off there to give it more of a crust), and you definitely can’t eat it with your hands like a good slice - and can it really be considered pizza if you have to eat it with a fork? also it’s a little on the sweet side which is not my favorite. like i said, it’ll work if you’re desperate, and as long as you keep your expectations low you won’t be disappointed.
