It can be used a pumping bra as well as a nursing bra, and I've used it as both. It comes with a strap that goes over your shoulders/behind your neck to support heavy pump collection cups, I've taken to using the strap everytime I pump with my Spectra S1. I don't use it when I'm using one of my wearable pumps. I really like that it included a bra-extender. That to me is such a helpful addition, there's nothing worse than getting a new bra and finding the strap is just a bit too tight. The snaps are pretty easy to navigate, they can be a bit stiff to undo with one hand, especially when the baby's fussing and impatiently waiting to eat. I've bought 2 of these so far and am very satisfied with the quality. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best pumping bra! *by D***D on June 27, 2025* Best pumping bra I own, I wish it didn't take me 7 months into breast feeding to find this. My issues with other pumping/nursing bras are they have no lift or too much material and make my boobs look bigger/saggier than they already are, or I struggled with the fit in general, or the slits for the pumps were too loose. This bra was clearly designed by pumping/nursing moms, its adjustable it every way, the material is so soft, and the fit is amazing. It also comes with a strap that goes around your neck for extra support if you're pumping which is genius. My milk is coming well and my breast's are changing with it.Before pregnancy, I was a 34/36 EAfter giving birth, I'm a 36 FThe downsideThe bra came in a package that looked pretty battered (inside cardboard was beat up and ripped). It was also in another plastic wrapping so it was protected by that and another box. The bra itself is in great condition.The clips on the front are a bit bulky but not bad!The upside.It fits. When i say this, imagine a huge smile! Before I was pregnant I had a hard time finding comfortable bras. The fact that this bra fits so well and is comfortable is a 100% win in my book.The straps are the just the right size. They dont dig in.The clips work perfectlyThe material is buttery softThe layers of material (2 total) give enough support I comfortably wear this under any shirtThis also came with an extender for the band to give more comfort and versatility.I am overall very very pleased with my purchase.
