I have a 2014 RAV 4 and they fit perfectly. I would suggest you call the Parts Department at dealer where you purchased the vehicle to see if the 2014 and 2015 RAV design is same for the window guards. These are not the first Ventshade products I've used so I know they build a durable product. They fit my wife's 2014 RAV4 and the packaging is labeled 2013 and 2014 so I assume both years have the same profile. I chose these tape on ones vs the one that is squeezed between the frame and the top seal of the window because I wanted to avoid any issues with the window sealing properly. I had that problem with a 2007 Honda CRV. The only bummers I haad was that the company would not ship these to Hawaii even if I offered to pay the shipping USPS PRIORITY.
