Within 1 hour of use the blue tip handle fell off , The clip that tightens the new broke, the piece that the net attaches to won't stay on the base. When you turn the hose on it blows off the other piece . I had to zip tie the net on. Had to duct tape the 2 blue pieces together, and have to keep putting the blue tip back on the handle. But it works really well cleaning the pool so I would still say it's a 5 star product as far as doing it's job goes ## Features - ☞Sturdy and Lightweight - The pool vacuum cleaner is made of sturdy plastic vacuum head, and fine mesh bag, the skimmer net is made of plastic frame, polypropylene fine mesh which ensures the maximum durability. - ☞Easy to Use - Fast connection installation, 5 sections standard detachable aluminum pole designed, the longest combination of 120cm/47.2inch, the shortest combination of 49cm/19.3inch.
