I am in pizza heaven!! I’ve been gf for 3 yrs and have never had a pan gf pizza. This is a first and it’s so Fluffy and good! The pizzas come in 3 individually wrapped and say eat within 14 days or freeze, so they are very fresh!! My husband is the pickiest person in the world and loved it too!! That's why I took a chance and ordered it! It is truly delicious! We baked it on our cast iron pizza stone and it came out crispy. We preheat the stone for 10 minutes while adding toppings to the crust and then follow the instructions on the label. It is important to allow it to sit after pulling out of the oven (as stated in the instructions) as this will impact the texture of the crust. I won't be ordering GF pizza for delivery anymore when I can get these amazing crusts delivered and use my own high quality ingredients to make my pizza exactly how I want it (without the absolute hassle of making my own crust).
