Do they work the same or do you find one easier to use than the other?** A: I've used both, balm and oil. I purchase the larger balm which lasts for several years. The oil come in a small bottle so if used daily doesn't last as long. I like the fragrance as well as if effect on stuffed up noses, tension headaches, minor muscular tension.
