## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does the plug attach to a regular US standard outlet?**
A: Hello Rose. Yes, the plug inserts into a standard 220/240V outlet.

**Q: This is shown with a 110 volt plug. In the US the standard voltage is 110 volts. will it work on 110 volts?**
A: We have 2 in our mission house that are direct wired into 110 volt line and they work great. They are on a double 30 volt breaker. The great thing with this is that when the shower head gets plugged over time you can just change the shower head

**Q: Does it automatically work as you turn the water on or it works with a switch?**
A: Hello Aviston. After the water is flowing, you must press the power switch to start the heater. It will not start heating with water flow alone.

**Q: Is it fine to plug into a regular outlet without any issues?**
A: Dont waste ur time with this item! I ordered it and at check out the offered installation so i was like "why not!" They came 3 times to install it and no one could get it to work!
