When installed, the tailBlazer 25LED-D4 makes the high mount LED bar act as running and brake lights with a decaying flash pattern. The tailBlazer is 50-state legal. Plug-n-Play LITERALLY! Plug the tailBlazer into the harness under the seat (instructions included) and you're ready to ride! Deceleration Warning – The Kisan tailBlazer employs a decaying 4 second flash rate when braking. This pattern is 50 state legal and Canada approved. Running & Brake - Makes the high mount bar appear as a running light AND flashes, strobes/modulates during braking for visibility and safety. Auto-Flash Warning - Every time you brake, the tailBlazer flashes so you don't have to pump the brakes. Regulation - Several US states and many European countries have enacted deceleration warning requirements. The Kisan tailBlazer meets all of these regulations and standards. Programming - No tools required to make programming changes
