Review: One year in use, still very happy - With installed fixtures like this, I think it's better to wait a while before reviewing, to make sure the product actually lasts. This has been installed in our bathroom for one year. It still works well, and makes me happy on cold mornings. I also use it to speed up towel-drying after my shower to avoid mildew, setting it for another forty-five minutes. We have it on its own 20-amp breaker. Review: Timer not included - I was very impressed with the Warmly Yours manufacturer and sales team. Unfortunately the product description is incorrect with desertcart listing the Timer Included. This description by desertcart still has not changed. The manufacturer shipped out a timer despite desertcarts product error. Thanku very much Warmly Yours. ## Features - Generous 10-Bar Design: The Metropolitan towel warmer uses 10 polished stainless steel bars to evenly distribute heat, warming up to 2 large towels or bathrobes - Hardwired: Wall-mounted with cord-free design, The Metropolitan hangs beautifully in any bathroom and is hardwired for 120 volts - Easy To Clean: The straight bars are made of durable stainless steel construction - 2-Year Warranty: The Metropolitan is covered by our manufacturer’s warranty for peace of mind - This item does not include any timer but has a built-in on/off switch to operate it ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00OKDNHP8 | | Brand | WarmlyYours | | Brand Name | WarmlyYours | | Color | Polished Stainless Steel | | Customer Reviews | 3.9 out of 5 stars 77 Reviews | | Finish Type | Polished Stainless Steel | | Finish Types | Polished Stainless Steel | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00881308032708 | | Installation Type | Wall Mount | | Item Weight | 10 pounds | | Manufacturer Part Number | TW-MT-10PS-HW | | Material | Stainless Steel | | Material Type | Stainless Steel | | Model Number | TW-MT-10PS-HW | | Shape | Straight | | UPC | 881308047405 | ## Product Details - **Brand:** WarmlyYours - **Color:** Polished Stainless Steel - **Finish Type:** Polished Stainless Steel - **Global Trade Identification Number:** 00881308032708 - **Installation Type:** Wall Mount - **Item Weight:** 10 pounds - **Material:** Stainless Steel - **Shape:** Straight - **UPC:** 881308047405 ## Images ![WarmlyYours 10-Bar Metropolitan Towel Warmer, Hardwired, Polished Stainless Steel - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51TLxguunOL.jpg) ![WarmlyYours 10-Bar Metropolitan Towel Warmer, Hardwired, Polished Stainless Steel - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/810ZocWIMJL.jpg) ![WarmlyYours 10-Bar Metropolitan Towel Warmer, Hardwired, Polished Stainless Steel - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61sYweTTiLL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One year in use, still very happy *by B***D on July 5, 2019* With installed fixtures like this, I think it's better to wait a while before reviewing, to make sure the product actually lasts. This has been installed in our bathroom for one year. It still works well, and makes me happy on cold mornings. I also use it to speed up towel-drying after my shower to avoid mildew, setting it for another forty-five minutes. We have it on its own 20-amp breaker. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Timer not included *by K***. on April 23, 2020* I was very impressed with the Warmly Yours manufacturer and sales team. Unfortunately the product description is incorrect with Amazon listing the Timer Included. This description by Amazon still has not changed. The manufacturer shipped out a timer despite Amazons product error. Thanku very much Warmly Yours. ### ⭐ Piece of Garbage *by P***R on January 12, 2025* The on off switch is inconveniently located on the bottom of the right leg. Ran too hot and often burned the towels so we eventually just turned it off for good. Also felt our electric bill was too high when it was on. The last straw was today when it came on by itself and started an electrical fire!! Thank goodness we were home! I had to cover it to smother the fire while hubby turned the circuit breaker off. Electrician is on his way.
