This is better than pouring sealant into a tyre off the rim. It’s better than attaching some rubber tubing over the outside of your valve. Can it be cleaned?** A: Yes I’ve used it several times, just make sure you clean it after use with warm soapy water I did a final flush with alcohol and it looks brand new again **Q: If you buy the kit with the premium aluminium removal tool - does the tool actually look like the pictures in the item description?** A: Yes, the aluminum tool is nice. I had a hard time with the syringe though it kept feeling like it was clogged or just jamming **Q: Can this be used to remove pooled sealant from the tire to check sealant level the same way the milkit system does?** A: Stans fluid remains viscous if serviced regularly (3-6 months where I ride), and this worked with a few valves but mostly it does not. For almost all valves I've used the KOM kit with, the plastic needle stops at the bottom of the threaded valve stem at the rim seal and cannot be pushed inside the tire. If they offered with a capability to do this consistently, it would be a significant improvement. I'm looking actively for a tool or adaptor that will do this, and have not found one (yet). Someone will figure it out. Hopefully. If they read this and other reviews. Please. **Q: i received the box although it did not include the plastic tube that connects to the syringe and inserts into the presta valve. Please advise.** A: Call them and ask for replacement. Once I had put my new tyres on I used this to reinsert the sealant (the sealant was only a few weeks old so didn't want to throw it away) made the job of swapping tubeless tyres a lot cleaner, still not spotless though) Good quality and a few different tubes for going through the valve stem.
