Went for my first ride. Fairly normal trail, mostly gravel. The day went amazing, about a 7 mile ride. About 3/4 miles in the wheel started to wobble and heard some clicking...looked down and a few spokes had came loose and were just swinging. Slowed down to about 5 mph the rest of the ride...wobbling intensified (it was ridiculous🀣 swerving the entire bike back and forth) and finally tire popped. I ended up walking the last few miles back to the ride..at night LOL. I counted 10 spokes completely disconnected (see pic) Overall the machine was a blast for the first couple hours, but....it did not last for 1 complete ride so I’m going to have to give it 1 complete star. I spent more time installing than riding, no regrets though, hoping customer service will correct the issue with a stronger model or full refund without a lot of hassle. I might fk around and try a mid drive? well see...i must say though, I’m addicted to the ebike, I was hysterically laughing flying over those hills πŸ₯°πŸ˜‡ ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It works as described. *by L***Y on Reviewed in the United States on April 23, 2021* Well so far the kit works well. I only gave it 4 stars because whomever put the wheel together put the washers with the tabs on backwards. The tab washers are supposed to sit on the outside of the rear dropouts with the tabs facing inwards. Mine were placed on the axle with the tabs facing the outside of the dropouts. For the none cable side of the wheel it's an easy fix, I just had to flip the washer around. On the cable side it's a different story. The washers won't slide over the connectors so you have to take the big white hall connector off and slide the washer off and then put the connector back on. On the inside of the connector there are small tabs on the sides of the contacts that you have to use a tiny screw driver to push in to slide the contacts out to get the connector off. To put the connector back on, you have to use the screw driver to carefully pull the tabs back out and then you push the contacts back into the connector until they pop back into place.If you try to put the kit on with the washers facing the wrong direction, the tab on the drive side washer hits the derailleur hanger and the axle won't seat properly in the frame which is dangerous. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Trust me. Have a pro true it up properly. You'll be thankful you did *by M***Z on Reviewed in the United States on April 15, 2021* Good:Decent quality rim. Hub seems to work okay so far.Bad:A few of the spokes were loose and I ended up spending a couple of hours truing it properly.And the 7 speed cassette is junk.But for the money I can't complain to much. I'm just glad I've been working on bikes my whole life or I might feel way different. My advice is if you do buy this set take the wheel to a local shop and spend the money to get it trued properly. And always check your spokes until you get a few miles on it.
