              The B12 Energy Plus Topical Patch by MVP has all of the B vitamins: B1 (thiamin), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B6, folic acid, B12, and choline, inositol, and biotin. To Use: 1. Select an area of skin. The patch will stick better if you choose an area of skin without hair, lotion, or oil residue. Clean and dry the skin. 2. Remove the release liner from the patch. 3. Adhere the patch to your skin, pressing firmly. 4. Wear the patch for as long as you would like, preferably at least 8 hours. 5. When finished, remove the patch, fold in half, and discard. 6. Repeat with a new patch the next day. 7. It is ok to wear multiple MVP topical patches at a time.

This is the 2nd brand of B12 patches I've purchased for my son who is deficient and can't absorb through a pill. The other brand I bought we wasted quite a few because they wouldn't peel away from the paper they were stuck to and did not stay stuck overnight. These are easy to remove from the paper and stay put during the night. I am very pleased and will be purchasing again. Thank you!
