And I bought one set of this product at £10.99 and another similar at £9.99 to compare and contrast (I want to give as gifts). The product photos were very similar but slightly different colours - when they arrived they were identical. Two identical products at different prices both supplied via Amazon???!!!When I phoned to complain the operative just kept saying it was nothing to do with Amazon, even though they fulfilled the order, they were from two different sellers. They refused to refund me the pound difference and said I could return the product. I said please at least register a complaint that the colours did not match the photo.As for the product itself, it is good!! It keeps my tea piping hot while it is brewing. And if I forget about my tea it is still warm.
