But only some slices had the right flavour and every slice was tough. Much tougher than should be a top quality Spanish shoulder - "paleta". Very disappointing. Would be a good price but not at this quality. Not risking the next pack planned for November. Subscription cancelled. Sad.P.S. The retailer Black Hoof has done outstanding follow up to my direct complaint to their HQ. We are working together to set things right, so there may yet be a happy ending ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Paleta ibérica 50%, is not Jamón ibérico *by B***Z on 24 May 2020* The paleta ibérica is okay, I will say a bit pricey for a paleta that is not entirely ibérica. The taste is nice and the presentation is very good. For my taste I like the cut a bit thin but still a good job. I give them 4 start for the presentation, the quick delivery and the taste.
