I tried it on my stainless steel and cast iron skillet and got great results using this set will all the pans. The long spatula made it very easy to remove and flip the crepes. I cut it from the packaging and punched some holes in the paper to insert it in my cookbook right next to the recipe. On a side note- these are very well crafted!
