The zippered leatherette arm pieces are constantly moving around, but I suppose that should be expected. At some point, I will just remove them. The reason for knocking a star off is for the the wobble problem when you are sitting in the chair. If you sit perfectly straight, it's not present, but if you get comfortable, it moves around where the hydraulic stem meets the base of the chair. It's not worth the hassle of breaking it down, boxing it back up, and THEN driving it somewhere to ship it back, so I am going to use it for now until I am willing to spend over $1,000 for a Herman Miller chair. As they say, nothing beats the real thing, and if you have ever sat in a H.M. chair, oh my goodness, you can tell the difference between their chair and all imitations alike. In spite of all that, this chair is an acceptable imitation.
