However, the ear elastic came out from the mask when I tried to put it on. But when I posted about the issue, the seller sent me a new mask, without me having to ask for one. It came as a pleasant surprise. This one is excellent, and so the first one must have been defective, something that can happen with any product. I am glad because I really like this mask: the material is very breathable and soft and works well especially in the heat. I would buy from this seller again. Excellent customer service.
