Fits a 5g fabric pot perfectly with some room. How’s that help me leave a decent review for a trash can? I fill this thing about 3/4 of the way with water/feed juice and move it around, often. More than a couple feet. The handles don’t flex, the can doesn’t stress out about it. It gets bumped into things like that, no problem. It’s made for some abuse. I’ve even tried talking my boss into getting a few, and we do concrete.
